Stunning quirky home in Amble

This was a beautiful house a perfect base for our stay in Amble. It had everything you could want. The conservatory was lovely to come home and relax in after days out. Carly is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to assist. 🤩

Sofa is very uncomfortable. There seemed to be pet hairs stuck in the bedding

Great location in a lovely quiet area and close to all amenities. Comfy beds , well equipped kitchen with washer ,dryer and dishwasher . Brilliant communication from the owner . Couldn't have been more helpful.

Nothing we didn't like but just a suggestion, it was very hot during our stay a couple of fans for the bedrooms would have been great

Everything! There was plenty of room for parking on the driveway & a nice quiet secluded location. My husband particularly liked the bed - very comfy. There was so much room, including a conservatory & patio with outside table & chairs too. There was a nice welcome pack & the kitchen had everything we could need for our short break. The TV was good & meant we were able to watch the football - Euro 2024. The WiFi worked really well too. The owners could not have been more helpful - including providing lots of tourist/local information - plus an excellent tip on using the showers - please see below.

There wasn't really anything, but I was glad the owner explained how to get the best out of the shower facilities. When the shower is initially turned on just a trickle of cold water comes out. But, if you run the hot tap in the sink it sort of forces the pump into action much faster & the shower picks up to full-power almost immediately. Once the pump cuts in the shower is excellent - and that's from someone with long hair that gets washed every day!

Clean and homely. Amble wonderful location. Very comfortable beds.

Property would benefit from couple of .mirrors in bedrooms, Pyrex jug in kitchen and bathmat and shower caddy in ensuite shower room..

Nothing we didn’t like might have been nice to have an extra TV in one of the bedrooms but that’s just for the men in my family 😂

Property was lovely, really quirky with lovely furniture. Great location, very quiet.

The house is located in lovely area, the design is fantastic. Lots of space, lovely outside sitting area, parking off road. It had everything we needed.
