Stay Blissful at The Flamingo

Centrally located to the best of Seapoint. Walk to MojoMarket, Block from seafront and walking the Promenade. Many restaurants, grocery stores. Hop-on RedBus stop one block away. Keyfob access to front door, with 24/7 security at front desk, keyfob access for elevators, all contribute to feeling of security and comfort. Has amazing balcony at back, and window at front with views of Regent street. I read other reviews complaining about 'tiny', but this depends on your preference. Choose a place in the bush far from everything and you can likely get a big mansion. If you want to be in the middle of restaurants and nightlife and vitality of SeaPoint, then the place is large enough for one or two, not for families. Small fridge, kitchen, microwave, all the basics. Snug fitting shower lol, clean with plenty of hot water.

I suggest owner invest in an electric backup unit, so that load shedding will not have much impact on guests. They can recoup the investment.

Its tiny and interior arrangement is awkward. Bathroom is tiny tiny.

The location was the best! I could go by walk distance for my tours meeting point (Promenade), market, bars and restaurants really close. Amazing coffee shops around and the staff is really nice and helpful. In my next time in Cape Town I would choose again.
