I'm saying this as a local: this place is a gem. The location is AMAZING. there's nothing better than waking up early and stepping out and the first thing you see is Pasaport and the gorgeous Aegean Sea. Practicalities (eg door code, entrance etc) were super straightforward. The building itself, especially the sea entrance, is gorgeous and very quirky, full of character. Amenities were great too.

Nothing - a wee room with amenities and ease 1000% better than a hotel

Loved everything about this place. The location put me right on the esplanade so I could enjoy the view of the sea. Comfy and cozy room. Clean and modern while in a vintage building.

Nothing really was a deterrent to the place. Maybe a toaster or toaster oven would have been nice to warm up some food.
