There was a code to get in

There were builders on site making what looked to be a granny flat. Very noisy and not ideal for a relaxing holiday.

lovely restored cottage.

This is a building site!! Noise, privacy!!! No parking space off road for the car! A first for NZ. This is because the parking space is being built on, one metre from the house! kitchen cupboard doors had never been wiped down. Finger, hand marks all over the doors! Dining room windows very dirty, dead flies and dust on window and door sills in dining room! House is lovely but chattels are Not what you would expect in a luxury home!!!Lawns had not even been mowed!

Was perfect for 6 people, nice and modern and had everything that we required. Beds were comfortable and lovely and quiet. A cracker 2 nights with great friends
