GBGBThe Shepard's hut that we stayed in was comfy cosy and spotlessly clean. The communal areas around the Shepherd's hut were well looked after and well lit in the evening and samlesbury hall was amazing !
A better stocked on site shop and a small fridge to store drinks and food in the Shepard's hut would have made our stay so much better.
GBGBIt was lovely and peaceful, we just wanted some downtime and this was the perfect place. The garden room cafe served up beautiful food for breakfast, great choice. Afternoon coffee and cake or cream tea if booked in advance.
We were not told at time of booking if wedding was on you can't use facilities of wafflrey or children play area.
