"Week long trip with nice views from the pool"

The pool was great, the a/c worked really well. The staff were super helpful. It was within walking distance of a very nice beach. Nice little patio area out front.

The room had some ants that had wandered in from outside.

"Everything perfect"

The property looks amazing. Exactly as in the pictures. The pool is huge and always clean, as well as the sunbeds area.

Everything was perfect. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Chris was definitely a game changer for us as he helped us with anything we needed. He was super attentive, always available and very kind. Our stay wouldn’t have been as good as it was without him. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleaning. However, Chris was very receptive whenever we needed something and accommodated all our requests. We will definitely be coming back next year.

"Sweet and cute place"

Nice place, clean, and compact room with everything that you can need for vacation. Small kitchen box, available with Cafe mashin, hot water pot, all dishes for eating. Very comfortable bed, good AC, perfect view to pool and the beach Elia.

Only that you have to have a car or scooter to move around. Walking distance only is the beach, around 15 min. Shops are at least on 3-5 km. Good ideas for potential businesses to open small shops in the complex or nearby

View to the Aegean sea was nice, but the description “beach front” is not true. It is a very steep walk for 19 minutes to the beach.

The location. No shops nearby. Without a car, grocery shopping was not possible. We had to look for transport (bus, boat) to move around, and the information was not readily available. (We needed to ask around.)

"Beautiful facilities in a less than ideal location"

Overall, the property itself was very nice, very clean, and very well-maintained. if you plan to remain on site for your whole trip and bring your own groceries then it’s a great value.

The location leaves much to be desired. There are no food or beverage options on site. Also, the nearest store is a 3km walk. Additionally, the beach is a very steep 2 km walk.  when I say, very steep, I mean extremely steep I’m a snow skier, and this is steep.
