This oasis is a solid stay. Location is as good as it gets in Budapest, any public transport stops are near and many places of interest are in reach of a walk. Parking facilities were awesome. Conditioners, decent kitchen, good bathroom, two bedrooms. Apartment is definitely modern, though some signs of duct tape fixes start to appear.

The devil is in the details. I felt that it was lacking the final touch of care. Namely - some parts of the floor were definitely left unvacuumed, there could have been a bit more that minimal bed sheet set (helps when you dont want to share a blacket in double bed while +38 C outside), missing remote for one conditioner, dishes in washer when we arrived, no paper towels and limited toilet paper (we managed but it was close). it helps if you have at least a sample of coffee capsules near the coffe maker, so I know what type I must buy, and it does not make sense to have a washing mashine if there is no rack nor strings to dry the clothes and no ironing machine. Those are all minor inconveniences compared to greater perks, and do not get me wrong, I'd happily return to the apartment next time. I just felt there was not much effort from the host and janitor.

It was all perfect.

Everything was in a way it is on the photos, location is perfect, the space and equipment are fine, you'll find everything you need for the long stay. All rooms were clean, cozy and decorated. Despite the furniture and the apartment are a bit old, it's good enough especially for the price. The owner was very friendly and stayed in touch for any help. Linen and towels refreshing is provided every 3 days if you need🙂.

There is a very noisy neighbourhood, every night, every 20 min the gay screamed outside and even closed windows didn't solved the issue, and the neighbours from the upstairs walking like elephants the whole night.

Great space in the apartament, clean, well equipped. Near the city center. Underground parking spot, accesibile by elevator.

There was no coffee in the apartament.

The location was excellent near to everything and has some nice bars. The house is very modern and spacious and it is really quiete.

Fantastic location! Close to the Metro and tram making travel painless. The property itself is fabulous with everything one would need for a short stay. And there is a Elevator/Lift in the building (a rarity in much of European multistory rentals) The hosts were on top of things from the very beginning and responses to ANY question were almost instantaneous.
