No towel, no fish TV, ordered tea and it took half an hour and cold.we had booked for two nights but stayed only one night. Then we booked Ginger for the second day. Waste of money and no interest in serving guests. Rating 1 ….

When I reached hotel staff said there is no booking for my name . I showed all details of my booking including booking reference. They said not received any confirmation from booking.Com . I called 2 weeks back regarding my booking . That time this hotel was in another name. That time they confirmed my booking also. Waiting long time and I don’t ve time to go to check another hotel . After that they made me another reservation.
