Excellent apartment with top notch cleanliness, the host was very kind and responsive.. definitely visiting again for the ambience and hospitality.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The host was very understanding and checked me in early as my flight to Nairobi was very early. Good location with great views and a nice swimming pool.

Everything was amazing. Service was the best we've received and they helped us understand how things work in Kenya

Great apartment with the ideal location and spectacular city view. It was clean and spacious for me. The host was really helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and feeling at home. I will definitely go back.

The property looks okay. But there was a smelling problem at the house for a while. The host also requested for additional money upon arrival which was really bad because it was not the price on booking.com.

The host was just horrible to say the least. Her responses were rude and she was always ready for a fight even when asked something as simple as the sheets. At some point I had made a small stain on the sheets and she asked I pay $34 for one sheet. And when I asked for the old sheets after paying for new ones she ignored me until when I pressed on the checkout day and she just said she threw them away (even when I immediately told her that I’ll need them). It was my first horrible experience in a booking.com/Airbnb and I’ve used these platforms for 6 years now.
