Central Boulevard Apartment 2

Do not be put off by the exterior appearance. This looks like and probably is a Soviet era apartment building, but the host has created a modern, very functional, and very comfortable apartment. We met the host briefly when we came in and it was apparent that he was proud of the apartment and the work he had done. He sent us detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and where exactly it was in the compound. Another good thing about the apartment was the location, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and close to most sights and restaurants. And if you go out to eat, try Leja, just a couple blocks from the apartment along the pedestrian street.

Only minor issue was needing to pay for parking for 8-5 on weekdays, but plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Parking was relatively cheap.

Amazing apartment with absolutely everything one could need for a stay (and not only a short one, absolutely convenient for longer stays too). Location is as central as it gets, apartment is freshly renovated, all the appliances are brand new. Coffee machine with coffee capsules was such a pleasant addition to the stay!
