The hidden Retreat on Haumann

House was very neat and clean. It had everything we neeeded, maybe the only thing was that they could have one packet of wood and fire lighters available.

Everything was in order. there was nothing we did not like. it met all our expectations.

Incredible communication and help from the team. Very spacious and incredibly close to the wine tram and Pick n Pay (both walking distance).

Comfortable home with nice back area at pool which was warm and sunny. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. Perfect for a group of friends traveling together.

The property only has an outside alarm so doesn’t protect guests when inside/ sleeping at night which we weren’t entirely happy about.

Comfortable beautiful traditional home in the heart of Franschhoek with all the amenities. Small touches incl basic non perishables in the kitchen to get you going if you have a meal at home to relax from all the gourmet food experiences around you (salt pepper braai spice tea coffee sugar milk). Hosts also happy to receive deliveries to make your stay so much easier

Suggestion to include electric blankets for winter, aircons take a long time to warm up double volumes

The address should be listed as 17A not 17 as this leads to confusion. Danai is very nice and responds to the phone immediately but was a little slow arriving.

Spacious homes, with quality fixtures and fittings. We only stayed 1 night but the house seemed well equipped. We were out and visited the vineyards, but it was lovely to return too, felt like a home away from home. Only a few minutes walk to wine tram and about 5 minutes max into main area. Seems like a very quiet location and felt very safe.

Nothing, it was as described if not better.
