It was a decent studio equipped quite well and in walking distance from the city centre. Nice responsive host tried his best and when i told him of issues he was helpful as he could be. I think this could be a good place if they can fix the things which i list below

Sorry but this place is not clean. The dishes were sticky and other kitchen utensils not clean and many things missing. No knives!!! I had to cut my vegetable with a spoon. The worst thing is the walls near the bed which are nasty, it seems there is blood or people have picked their nose and rubbed it on the walls. I slept with my head down the foot end of the bed because it was too disgusting. Please clean the walls!! Also the 'cleaners' tried to get me to leave the room by 11 even though it said 12pm on my booking (they were a bit rude too). I had a problem with the wifi during my stay, often it was slow, sometimes it was fine, sometimes i couldnt use it. The host tried to help by offering me another signal and pw but sadly it didnt improve. Please raise the standards, this could be a good place but cleanliness and wifi failed and are prerequisites

Quirky, quiet location, with easy access to everything . Easy cheap airport transfer, bus 100 from airport, then 3 stops on bus 381.

The communal staircase is not compliant, but perhaps a work in progress . The bed headboard creaks a bit, an extra chair would be good. We would stay again.

Rather close to the city centre, around 20 minutes of walking

The area was very crowded parking wise, you have to leave in the street and there's a high risk of finding it scratched, or dented. The appartment was not cleaned properly and the facilities were damaged, I can give a few examples: - walls were dirty from other guest's luggage/shoes/etc. - there was a leak on the wall from the A/C - kitchen wall tiles were broken - vents "fixed" with visible duct tape - in the kitchen there was a large hole which lead to the attic through which anyone could get inside - walls of the kitchen cabinets were very dirty - the shower looked like a mess, especially the drain which was semi-clogged as well - low quality bed lining, didn't seem the cleanest (we found a bottle opener under the pillow, so I will assume they weren't changed before our arrival)

Design was good. And location near city center.

Smallest apartment ever:( We stayed for couple of days and did not like it at all. It was dusty, used at some point, photos on booking don’t show you real size of this apartment. You could do nothing there except of sleeping on a small bad. We definitely do not recommend it for more than 1 person and more than 1 night. And STAIRS to the floor were a disaster, especially if you have big luggage.

The location was great, very near to the centre of the city (15min walk) and there was also a bus station close to the apartment. The street on which the accommodation is located is completely safe, locals and tourists live there. The apartment has air conditioning, which is very useful during the hot summer days. Towels and bed linens are provided. The apartment was clean. It has a lot of equipment (toaster, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave hairdryer, iron).

There was a water heater in the apartment, but when we turned it on, nothing happened. The water was hot only in the kitchen, but not in the shower. Maybe we turned it on wrong, but we didn't bother with it too much, we didn't even write to the owners for help because it was still a bit warm and it was possible to get by. We also missed a larger salad bowl and a cutting knife. Otherwise, everything is great
