A modern and homely apartment

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and modern. We didn't use most of the kitchen appliances but had a good set up for self catering.

Hot water didn't work, as we were at a wedding we did not find this out until late evening so did not raise at the time. We had arranged and paid for early check in at 12pm however the keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived, and we had to wait for the cleaners to come at half 12. Wasn't ideal when we had a wedding to attend at 1. Despite early check in being confirmed, the host was not aware of this.

Cosy and comfy. Reasonably well equipped for self-catering.

Entrance is poorly kept and stairs could be a challenge for some. TV doesn’t have normal freeview so can’t watch live TV (Netflix, Disney plus etc do work though)

Being held to" ransom" for the key for entering the apartment early.charged £30 to get the key back from owner.even tho it was empty and had been serviced.practically impossible to find the address,and then climb several flights of steep stairs.

Not easy to find on arrival and rather unsightly entrance to property. Lots of steps up to it and no on site car parking available

The location was great very central. very clean and great facilities. Good shower and rooms nice a bright and well equipped.

The outside area and stairs very steep and unkempt, definitely needs tidying up. Maybe a shelve in the bathroom for toiletries. Instructions on using the TV and cooker (switch inside cupboard !!!!) would be useful, also no brush or hoover to tidy up. I have to comment that none of the above spoiled our weekend.

No corkscrew, cold on arrival, difficult to gain entry on arrival (automated message came after midnight on arrival day- perhaps set incorrectly?)

External entrance lets it down slightly.
