Cool Wheels on the Waterfront

I called 2 hours earlier than the check-in time to make sure that we could park there and just go on our photographic journey across the city and Martin (oh, whatta man!) was so kind to actually upgrade us to the boathouse, which was Stunning; that's actually an understatement. Maaaan, that living room is a gem! The location itself, the dock where it is situated, that is marvelous in and of itself, so much so that I didn't make it into the bedroom at night and fell asleep on the living room couch, admiring the waterscape and the city above it, while scrolling through the hundreds of photos I had taken that day. The place is unbelievably clean; hats off to the lady dealing with the housekeeping, which is such a charming person! Parking was cheap having paid £10 for 24 hours, compared to £5.50 for 2 hours on the street downtown. And Liverpool, oh, so beautiful! Let's not forget the restaurant in the Marina, which was really helpful when we returned from our long walk! Great service there, as well!

There was absolutely nothing not to like! Oh, wait, I didn't like the fact that I only booked one day for that trip; definitely not enough for such a city! I didn't like the fact that next morning a bit of a storm hit the city and we had to leave without having the pleasure of a pint with Martin.

Everything! Such a great place to stay, comfy and warm. Facilities great. Well equipped. Clean. A great location. Short walk to the marina bar where the staff are really helpful and the food is soo good and reasonable prices. We would stay here again anytime!! The host was very helpful and great communication from start to finish. Thankyou x x

HIGHLY recommend! The owner is a smashing chap called Martin who was fantastic to deal with, very helpful with parking too which is always a worry when travelling to a city. Will most definitely be staying again as the location is so central and facilities close by are fantastic. Accommodation perfectly clean! Will be back. Thanks Martin!

Everything, hairy , dirty , fire didn’t work , smell of rotten eggs , we had to leave & get a hotel but the owner did refund us.

Martin blessed us with an upgrade from the caravan to the 007 boat house, the location was brilliant, there’s a bar and restaurant on site, the views from the boat house were beautiful, it really made my wife’s birthday!
