I had a truly enjoyable stay at this homestay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful surroundings and the connection to nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has a charming garden, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-organized, and the bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night after a busy day. The thoughtful decor and small details made the space feel cozy and welcoming, and the amenities provided added a personal touch. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted with transportation bookings, provided clear directions, and recommended local attractions that I might have overlooked. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, featuring local flavors and beautifully prepared – a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and this homestay is perfect for both relaxation and exploration. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others

The swimming pool is lovely. The staff are very kind and Coffee the dog is so cute!

The property is very peaceful so just what me and my partner needed after a long travel. The pool is lovely and clean. Our room had a fantastic view over some Lilly fields and the sunset and sunrise were outstanding. Coffee, the dog, is just the cutest. All of the staff are amazing and friendly especially Tim who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even sorted out our bus to Hue. We rented bikes from Tim so this made our stay a good spot to check out local attractions.

The things we liked were the ability to swim at anytime we wanted, how peaceful it was at night. The staff didn’t speak much english but were very friendly and kind. The things we didn’t like was that the retreat was miles away from Ninh Binh, the only way to get food was to order it at the reception desk as it was the only place that had food available in the whole area and Grab didn’t have any takeaways able to deliver. the menu was very limited.

De eigenaar is echt mega lief, wil alles voor je regelen. Taxi’s zijn zo voor je geregeld dus dat je iets meer afgelegen ligt is verder geen probleem! Een super zwembad en eten is ook prima. De kamers zijn netjes en groot.

Bạn quản lý rất nhiệt tình trong mọi việc. Đồ ăn sáng 10đ mình rất ưng, view homestay nghỉ rất đẹp, đường đi lại thuận lợi, phục vụ khách rất tốt.

Phòng mình ở cửa sổ không có dèm, buổi tối bên ngoài có thể nhìn vào nên rất bất tiện, phòng mình chưa được dọn dẹp kỹ lắm, đầu giường vẫn có giấy rác, nếu các phòng có wc khép kín sẽ tốt hơn.
