Environnement très calme, chambre conforme et confort, avec une grande salle de bain Une jolie piscine et le gros plus est le personnel, ils sont adorables, très accueillants, à l’écoute et aidant aux besoins !! Petit clin d’œil aux 3 chiens, nous les avons adorés !

Where to start... everything in the room was absolutely filthy, go with a wet wipe anywhere and come out jet black. Rubbish in every floor corner and the dust of centuries. They had changed the bottom sheet and one of the pillow cases, the other one was dirty and smelly and the top sheet was just disgusting. Facilities have nothing to do with the description of the room, "private bathroom" is a half-built attachment with unfinished walls and improvised roof, like half-open bathroom so of course super hot and full of bugs/mosquitos. Many different chairs and little tables, absolutely useless and like collected from 5 different garage sales. Don't bother ordering "food" from the "restaurant", you would get a better experience buying from a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Ingredients for sure are from one. And my favorite! Two coffee cups left in the room, one filthy of course and I almost filled the other one with water, when I saw that it had some milky liquid inside, with a strong and very familiar smell and that turned out to be poison for mosquitos!!! I was able to cancel the rest of my days and they did refund me but I still ended up paying almost 60 euro for a night that didn't cost even 5. And they were so happy with themselves, just scamming another dumb tourist.

This stay is truly a gem in Ninh Binh. My friends and I were immediately greeted with a trio of the cutest Pomeranian doggos who are the friendliest dogs. The staff there were super helpful and proactive and even helped us with our bike rentals (easier to rent a bike here since it's 12-15m away from the main city center). I appreciate the location of this place since it's more away from the noise of the city. The pool is divine and they have some amazing plants and flowers on the property. Breakfast was included and the aunties there were super sweet and accommodating since my friends and I were eating vegan/vegetarian options. My room was super cute and cozy with a comfy bed and A/C unit. What i enjoyed most here was the staff and how sweet they were to us. Highly recommend!

Beaucoup trop excentré, besoin d’un scooter pour sortir, ou Grab,cuisine très moyenne, petit déjeuner médiocre, accueil inégal,propreté aléatoire

We really loved our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes outside the main hub, which we knew when booking and actually really appreciated—it was peaceful, quiet, and felt like a bit of a retreat. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always happy to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. A bonus was the three adorable Pomeranians who would greet us every day—they were such a cute and fun to play with! We also met some really lovely other guests during our stay, which added to the overall experience.

The shower water could go cold a bit quickly at times, but overall it didn’t take away from our stay.
