Loppia Bay by Wonderful Italy

Our family's stay at Loppia Bay was horrible. The property was difficult to find and not accurately listed on map applications. Upon arrival, we were met with an intense smell and found the apartment in terrible condition: walls with black smudges, a bathroom full of black mold, open electrical sockets (a significant concern with small children), a shower with one near-empty shampoo bottle, and even dirty underwear left in the washing machine. When we contacted "Wonderful Italy," their team was unresponsive, requiring multiple calls to initiate action. Their initial alternative property was far from Bellagio. Even when we identified a more central, slightly more expensive option, they initially refused any discount for our significant inconvenience, offering only to apply our refund. After insistence, we finally secured a mere 10% reduction. We strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Le calme et l authenticité du lieu et du quartier A 1.2 km du centre avec du dénivelé, approprié pour des marcheurs.

Il n y a pas de cafetière ( juste du café soluble)ni de bouteille d eau d accueil. Bcp trop de mail pour 2 jours du gérant durant le séjour, ce qui n est pas reposant.

We liked location.

At arrival the house was very cold and wet feeling. Air conditioning not working and washing mashine was full of old smelly water... night was cold now baby is coughing and have runny nose because couldn't had air conditioning working. Its Not worth off money more than 150 euros per night....

Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment.

Quiet, close to Villa Melzi and swimming! After fighting with Bookings.com and making my life miserable for a month, finally confirmed the correct location @ via Carcano I have called customer service 4 times to rectify mistake, they repeatedly sent me the same generated form letter to the wrong address someplace in St Giovanni on via Paolo 14. I insisted it was wrong and promised to fix it, but they did not till the owner sent me the correct confirmation I’ll never book through bookings.com!!!!!!!

Far from Hotel Serbelloni, where we had the wedding. It seemed dark! Couch beat up. Pillows lumpy, so was the mattress.
