The Agent, tried to get us another alternative, but to no avail..since they were all about my Budget. So I would give a 5 for trying to help. But all the Same I think it’s just Business.

The fact that the stay Never Even happened. They cancelled the whole stay simple because they decided to extend the stay from the previous Clients. I don’t know if that should even Count as competence.

Great location. Amazing view of the ocean and very spacious penthouse.

Before booking, please be aware you might be dealing with brokers who want obviously commissions from the owner. Also, the electricity is on metered charge so we ended up paying about $25 extra per day because electricity/ AC is not included in the daily rental. To enter the building , we had challenges because the security guard did not have our names as guests.
