Villa Erbaia Relais de Charme

What an amazing place this is. We were welcomed with such warmth at the location. We were also lucky as we got upgraded to the suite which was super spacious, clean and simply an amazing (double) room. But what really stood out with this location was the amazing staff and how they made you feel totally at ease and on holiday, next to the amazing room in a boutique accommodation at such a beautiful location. Breakfast was really good, lunch could be provided with plenty of choice. Found some really good restaurants nearby as well for dinner. We will definitely go back here, which is rare for us to say!

Parcheggio troppo vicino alle stanze e ci possiamo permettere, una qualità del mobilio non in sintonia con la bellezza della struttura.

The property was beautiful, the staff was lovely, the facility was clean and we overall loved our stay. 4 stars were given instead of 5 because the villa said they can send our clothes (equivalent to a load and a half of laundry) to be washed, not pressed, at a nearby facility. At checkout we come to find out that a load of laundry cost us 450 US dollars. After laundering in several countries never did I expect this cost which I found to be exorbitant and felt that I was taken advantage of. I should have asked first and they should have given the information beforehand.

Meget fint hotel med rolig beliggenhed - dog meget langt fra alt og det var ikke muligt at gå ture omkring hotellet. Bil er påkrævet ved ophold. Mange små oaser i haven og virkelig velholdt. Imødekommende og venligt personale. Fint udvalg til frokost

At der var langt til alt og man ikke kunne gå ture. Meget dyrt at spise middag på hotellet. Der var ikke yoga, paddel, cykler osv. på hotellet

Väldigt rent och välorganiserat. Mycket vällagad frukost med många alternativ såsom olika äggrätter och toast som lagas efter önskemål. Otroligt trevlig personal generellt där alla är väldigt uppmärksamma och noga med att få sina gäster att trivas. Ligger lite mitt ute i ingenstans. Det finns en by 10-15 min bort med bil och några restauranger inom 10 min.

Inget som var negativt med själva boendet men jag såg framför mig att kunna sitta vid poolen eller någonstans i trädgården och njuta av ett glas vin och blicka över toscanska kullar. De fanns absolut där men vyn var lite begränsad.
