"Don’t go for this unit 11-level 11"

The bathroom only has hair shampoo and no body shampoo. The deposit was not refund until today after numerous reminder.

Everything was so unpleasant. Since Day 1 i did the booking, was texting the owner for confirmation..no reply untill the day i was on the way to Penang..no reply..no check in info nothing..i have to call booking.com several time. Very anxious throughout the journey from Jb. Check in details finally at 3pm..Is it very difficult to just reply..Booking Confirmed? Okay check in done. The unit was okay. Not so clean. Baby coakroach every wer..No enough garbage bag. Living room aircon spoilt. Worse, it started leaking and pool of water in the living room..informed the person..he offered to shift to another unit..Haaa...too troublesome with all our luggages..I said NO. Haiz..please dont rent out your unit before you fix all this problem..your toilet wall also the tiles are coming out..Please get it repaired. I paid so much considering EXECUTIVE SUITE..but the worst homestay i ever stayed.
