Sun Outdoors Garden City Utah

We were there in the off-season so there was no other visitors. We saw two other cars at the hotel we stayed in and it was a large facility. so it was very quiet and we got the very first parking spot next to the building.

We didn’t like that We were only one of three guests and we weren’t put in a room without a Lake view.

This place is a gem of a stay, especially when we come in the winter! It’s quiet, very clean, well-managed, and conveniently located right on bear lake and a close drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Area. We have stayed in the Park and Beach Hotels, enjoyed the hot tub, walked the beach, and met the manager. Check-in is a breeze and the managers are incredibly helpful and friendly! We will always stay here at Sun Outdoors on our trips to Garden City!

We have not found a dislike about this property in our stays here.

Ac not working properly

Location was nice, butthat is about it for the positive!

Room was dark and dank, coagulated shampoo etc, filthy dirty jets in tub, not that i would have used it anyway. Room not stocked with coffee daily, no safety handles in the 3’ step over tub/shower! Like a sad dorm room with zero personality and the worst pillows and bed ever! No amenities whatsoever.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room did not have any dishware or utensils; yet there was a sign to clean all the dishes, prior to leaving. It would have been nice to have real coffee cups, spoons, etc.

You made booking, checking in and checking out all very easy. We loved being on the ground floor because I have MS.

You need to be pet friendly in the hotels!
