Modern Getaway in City Centre

I cannot say anything good

The appartment was dirty, the owner never replied me. I couldn't stay there because of the pack of basic healthy conditions. I made compliment to Booking, but the owner doesn't wan't to return my money. I has to book anither appartment!!! Don't go to this appartment, I only had problema.

Location

This is a false advertisement!This property is in the basement, giving a strong moldy and/or sewage smell. I had to guess by photos which doors were mine, while the color of the door matched photos send to me, the knob was changed.Dont be fooled by cute interior in the photos. The code for the keys was wrong, and I had to call to get the right code. Upon entering, it was immediately clear that the property wasn't cleaned. The bed was made, but sheets and linen didn't look fresh. Both toilets were dirty around rim. One wasn't flushed properly. Leftover food and juices in the fridge. The dishwasher was loaded with dishes. Sinks were dirty. Kettle was dirty with water inside. I notified the host that I won't be staying there thru msg and then called him. He hung up and said he would call me back.  I shared photos with him thru WhatsApp, and I left msg on Booking, however noone reached out to me as yet. I arrived late due to a flight delay and because I couldn't sleep in the dirty apartment I had to take 1 am bus to my final destination. The only reason I booked this apartment is to avoid late night traveling. I'm not sure how this property could score such a high rating. I travel a lot, and I mostly use Booking.com, however, this experience has me doubt Booking credibility. Horrible experience after a very long day of traveling and I had to continue several hours long journey. My photos don't do justice on how dirty it is.

Very pretty apartment and comfortable. Having inflated ratings causes false expectations. Unfortunately it is located in the basement which causes many issues, including plumbing issues which cause fooding and smells withing the apartment (bathroom is in the living room with no windows or working extractor fan)

Location is very good, near the city center, there is lot of light in the apartman, and the bed in one room is cozy.

The apartment is located in the basement of the building, and due to that, the unpleasant smell from moisture was constantly present in the apartment. And also, there were no enough blankets for all of us.

Very well located, great support from the owners.
