GBOur host was excellent: She could not have been more attentive and helpful during our stay and really went out of her way to find us a taxi to the airport when we left.

ITLa camera grande e ben arredata. Bagno anche lui grande (doccia ampia e doppi lavandini) e di gusto. Mancava solamente almeno un gancio per appendere gli asciugamani grandi e la vista dalla finestra era veramente brutta.
L’accoglienza a dire poco sgarbatissima al limite della maleducazione. In 20 anni di Booking non mi è mai successo di sentirmi dire al telefono che « evidentemente non sa prenotare su Booking » oltre che un “apparentemente non sa leggere.”….. quando dopo avere cercato la struttura per ben 20 min ho lamentato il fatto che non ci fosse nessuna indicazioni per trovarla. Inoltre una giovane coppia era lì ad aspettare dopo avere riscontrato i stessi problemi miei, e mi hanno detto essere stati molto trattati male anche loro. Questo servizio è inammissibile , sopratutto al netto della spesa di 197€ per una notte senza colazione. Purtroppo c’è da dire che le foto non sono veritiere in quanto non esiste nessun cortile antico (la foto è in realtà il cortile del museo affianco…..), ma beni una casa di ringhiera malandata con sacchi di cementi ovunque. Wi-Fi pessima. Infine le due camere della struttura non erano indipendenti ma bensì separate da una porta comunicante (!!!!) non menzionata sul sito e quindi nessuna privacy tra le due camere.
NLWe hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De self-check-in verliep soepel. De kamer was erg mooi van binnen en alles zag er nieuw uit. Op beide slaapkamers was een airco. Elke dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken en werden de bedden opgemaakt. Ook de ligging was perfect, aan het einde van de straat begon de boulevard.
Er was alleen een minibar. Er was verder geen koelkast om dingen koel te bewaren.
CHEinziger Minuspunkt: Der Treppenaufgang war nicht sehr hübsch, könnte definitiv verschönert werden.

SEVäldigt bra läge precis vid gågatan. Fina och rena rum och badrum.
Otydligt att det inte var ett hotellrum och fanns ingen personal på plats, men egentligen inga problem.
