Luxury Villa Golf Course View

I liked the location of the property. It was close to I-4, grocery stores (Publix), and restaurants. Area appeared safe and grounds of the community were clean. Took a few more minutes to get to parks than we were used to but we made it work.

Mr. William Hernandez failed us. The photos of 7398 Gathering Court would lead one to believe that their family would be very happy with their choice to select the home. The welcome information was not sent until I asked for them. This was a sign of things to come. I had to sweep hairs off the floors and throw away old water bottles and dried up cheese snacks from under chairs and in rooms. The pool was full of leaves, debris, & had some algae ( including a dead frog) that I cleaned out with the pool net. The utensils in the kitchen were minimal. The skillets and pots need to be replaced immediately. We went and purchased our own. All these matters we encountered at first were unexpected, but we were willing to 'overcome ' them on our own. Unfortunately, problems persisted. None of the televisions in any of the rooms worked due to Direct TV remotes and signal issues. The utilities/ gas company turned off the gas to the home for non payment. We were without hot water and could not cook for an entire night and half of the next day. Reunion resort could not help with anything due to the house being privately manged by William Hernandez of APDC property management. Mr. Hernandez was not easy to get a hold to. When I finally did, he told me that he would immediately get all things taken care of, but said that I needed to stop looking at the situation from the 'customer is always right' perspective and to understand his position from the business side. I responded by letting Mr. William Hernandez know that we overlooked much upon our arrival, but it is not the responsibility of any guests to have to deal with non-payment of utilities. William Hernandez promised to refund two days of our stay for the inconvenience. He promised that he would provide armbands for my family for access to the Reunion amenities. He promised he would respond to our calls and emails in a timely manner. He never honored any of his promises he made to us.
