Spacious 3 bedroom maisonette

It is a very clean and wide apartment, facilities are very good, close to shops, silent for sleep. Communication is pretty fast with the owner via booking.com messaging. The street is narrow but found parking spaces for car, though it was not a high season. Also there is a private car park close to apartment. Rental cars are expensive with additional costs at the airport. Uber is very good and cheap.

Some spots of moisture on the walls and the smell could be bad for the ones staying in the room with private bathroom.

Shower in the en-suite didn’t work and looking at documents in the handover book it hasn’t worked since April!! Also the apartment has 2 key boxes outside so a little confusing over which one to use to get the keys.

It met all our needed requirements.

The house is spacious and the neighbourhood is quiet

Too many drawbacks: - In the kitchen: There was not enough cutlery and the pots and pans were dirty. - The shower in the private bathroom was very complicated to use. - Cleaning products and materials were dirty: the mop was so dirty that it dirtied more than it cleaned - The electricity went off 3 times in one day and it was very difficult to get help from the staff. - The person in charge of managing the house seemed unpleasant and uninterested when I asked for help about the house. -Finally, the photos show a barbecue on the terrace, but in reality there is none.

Spacious for 5-6 adults in perfect location in quiet neighbourhood but close walking distance to all of Sliema, ferries and buses.

There was a problem with the shower in the ensuite but the owner came out straight away and provided us with multi grips to turn shower on and off. A plumber is needed.

The location was perfect, midway between the two sea areas so closr to buses, ferries, restaurants, groceries etc. Perfect
