Отличные апартаменты за свою цену. Просторные, рядом с парком, от центра 10 минут пешком (учтите, что нужно будет переходить оживленную трассу). Есть все необходимое. Собственник квартиры всегда на связи. По нашей просьбе продлил время выезда, за что отдельное спасибо. Никакого запаха постороннего в квартире не было, как писали в некоторых отзывах.

Единственным минусом было мятое постельное белье, которое немного пахло сыростью. Если устранить этот минус, все будет идеально.
