Casa grande, accogliente e fresca anche in piena estate. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza unica, sempre pronto a risolvere col sorriso piccoli e grandi problemi. Posizione ideale per godersi Sulmona e per visitare una regione piena di tesori nascosti. La vista sui tetti del centro storico di Sulmona è qualcosa che resta nel cuore.

Gianni est un hôte formidable, sympathique, très réactif avec de bon conseils. Le logement est situé au cœur de la ville de Sulmona, dans un bel immeuble plein de charme. Pour l'anecdote, chaque matin nous etions accueillis dans l'escalier par de bonnes odeurs de cuisine, en plus du chant des hirondelles voisines. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé ( gels douche, shampoings, produits menagers mais aussi les bases pour cuisiner tels que l'huile d'olive...ou encore des livres et des jeuxs de société).

On ne peut pas circuler dans la vielle ville en voiture mais il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement aux alentours et même des petits parkings gratuits que Gianni ne manquerai pas de vous conseiller !

Clean and spacious with lovely views of the mountains, church’s and tiled roofs. The host was fantastic, a really happy and nice man who was very passionate about his town.

Property owner Gianni is everything you could ever hope for in a host! He met us at the property and insisted on carrying up our luggage. He made us feel right at home the moment we stepped into the apartment. The apartment is fantastic! All rooms are very big and very Sulmona! The views from our Juliette Balcony were breathtaking. We had all we needed for our stay. Gianni’s passion is abundant! He was always available when called on and provided many suggestions for places to eat, and things to do in and around Sulmona.

The apartment is huge and easily fit 5 of us comfortably.

The property is in the heart of old town and has a gorgeous view of the rooftops and church steeple. Very nice accommodations with several balconies and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The host is always available and is very attentive, checking in to make sure nothing was needed. He is also great with advice on restaurants and day trips.

The location is ideal as it is within the city's historic centre with many cafes and restaurants along the main road, Corso Ovidio. There is a colorful and traditional outdoor market within walking distance on Wednesdays and Saturdays featuring a variety of food, clothing, gifts, and household items for sale. Grocery stores are also accessible. There was ample room for three people in the apartment. Bathrooms were upgraded. A functioning kitchen and washing machine were also on site. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was provided weekly and included new towels, linens, and sheets. Our host, Gianni, was exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and needs. We liked everything! A possible suggestion would be to continue adding more items that would benefit a longer stay (e.g., a wider variety of kitchen cooking utensils, cutlery, more pots and pans of different sizes, a smaller strainer, an iron, larger drying rack, etc)
