Pozitia locației. Curățenia. Dotările, deși nu le-am folosit.

Nu aveam ferestre către exterior, prin care sa se vadă. Erau ferestre Velux. Pe alocuri, fiind mansarda, era tavanul foarte jos și mai dădeam cu capul de el. La veioza din dormitor era becul rupt. La lada de zestre din living, erau stricate balamalele. Este păcat să nu fiți atenți la detalii, pentru că restul a fost foarte, foarte ok. Recomand din tot sufletul și as reveni oricând. Pozitia locației face toți banii.
