NZIt's a nice big modern house with lots of space, nice high ceilings. Generally well furnished and in a good location.
The fridge and freezer are very small and not suitable for a family of 4, let alone for a 4 bedroom house that can sleep 9. The butler's pantry is locked off and presumably has a proper one. The grass in the back garden looked beautiful but was soaking wet, with standing water and mud making it almost unusable. Im not sure why it was so wet, the properties in either side looked dry and it didn't rain at all during the 4 days we were there, yet when we left it was just as wet as when we arrived. I'm not sure if it was the wet lawn attracting them but the house was full of flies. We visited many places in Blenheim during our stay and didn't experience this anywhere else. We used the BBQ on the first night but then the gas bottle ran out. There was also no tools to clean the BBQ. This place cost a lot per night so I would expect access to the garage. The garage being locked off wasnt a huge issue but it did mean we had to store our bikes outside.

NZNZNice outdoor area. We were there for a family occasion so the big deck area was perfect for a BBQ lunch. Kitchen was well set up for cooking for a big group. Very happy.
AUVery spacious modern and clean. Just a short walk from a winery. And a short drive to the supermarket.
NZLovely new house. Warm and clean. Plenty of off street parking. Coffee machine was a nice treat
NZThe house was warm, modern , comfortable. Was very spacious and great having 2 lounges. Had everything we needed and was a nice relaxing space to chill out and sleep in between sports events
