Good location to the hip area of Stockholm

I did not appreciate the black mold in the bathroom. It was VERY smelly and there was mold everywhere on the tile on the ground. It reeked of mildew, and there was no fan in the bathroom. There was a bar for a shower curtain, but there was no shower curtain in the apartment to put up to avoid having everything get soaked in the bathroom. The freezer was a tad dirty as well and stained. There was also no sheet that was large enough to cover the pullout bed so we had to lay out multiple duvet covers to cover the mattress. Additionally, the blow dryer barely functioned (unusable). Since there was no shower curtain, they really should have provided extra towels to sop up the water, or install a fan in the bathroom to combat the humidity. The mold was really unacceptable.

Nous avons rencontré un problème lors du check in qui nous a fait perdre la 1ere demi journée. L'hôte etait injoignable, suite a notre demande de geste commercial (par exemple un late check out) nous avons reçu une "jolie" reponse automatique puis plus rien malgré nos relances. Autre problème lors du depart par contre il a su nous répondre rapidement quand nous avons encore eu un problème mais que là le risque était que nous laissions le logement ouvert. Aucune excuse de sa part. Inacceptable

Stora problem med koden till nyckelboxen båd vid in-och utcheckning. Vår incheckning försenades med nästan en timme på grund av detta. Det hade varit bra att i förväg få veta att lägenheten låg på 6 trappor och att hissen bara gick till femte våningen. Min man har ganska nyligen gått igenom en höftledsoperationen. En del saker sakades, såsom diskborste och diskmaskinstvättmedel. Vattenkokaren läckte - livsfarligt. Saknade hylla/nattduksbord vid sängarna. Portuppgången var märk och illa skött, liksom soprummet.
