Wakola Hotel Cheikh Anta DIOP

出張で約1週間利用した。全体的に非常に満足。特にスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。滞在前から（空港タクシーの予約等）チャットを通じてタイムリーに返答してくれたし、滞在中も困りごとを相談すると適切・迅速に対応してくれた。おかげで、非常に快適に滞在することができた。

La qualité (cordialité, efficacité) du service a la réception, la qualité des aliments au restaurant, le confort du lit et de la chambre, la qualité du WIFI et la possibilité de commander a l'avance un taxi qui vienne me chercher a l'aeroport. Tout cela grace a Mr. Diallo, qui c'est montré en tout moment attentif a mes besoins. J'ai rarement été aussi bien recue dans un hotel, Mr. Diallo est le principal atout de la qualité des services que propose cet hotel.

Le café Touba au petit déjeuner.

Before I left the property and rebooked at another hotel, I was charged $800 for my 5 night stay. I have no idea why my rate was twice as much as anyone else’s (and I checked with other people). This is both a Booking.com problem and a hotel problem. There were no toiletries, the light was bad in the room, and the food in the restaurant was very overpriced. The staff are lovely and kind, but this property is not as advertised.

Good hotel located near my work destination - University Cheikh Anta Diop. The hotel is compact but very accessible, with rooms that provided all that I needed. Hot shower, ac, bed, desk, wifi, closet, all working perfectly. The reception and the restaurant staff offered really warm hospitality and practical help. It's reasonably priced and I am really happy about the stay.

There is no kettle and hairdryer in the room.

Je n'ai jamais connu une tel hospitalité. Monsieur Diallo et son équipe sont au petit soins. Au moindre questionnement Monsieur Diallo est d'une réactivité et d'un accompagnement sans faille. Il trouve sans arrêt des solutions, prends le temps de vous écouter. Et il prends de vos nouvelles. Si vous allez a Dakar je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son professionnalisme. Nous étions 2 femmes seules.
