The location and aircondition. New kitchen.

Not as the pictures shown on booking.com No pillows, so couldnt use sunbeds or loungers. Owner didnt see any problem with that. Outside area worn down. Too expensive

We were three sisters and one baby. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. We appreciate the presence of a baby cot, as well as the quiet apartment building and the good location of the accommodation. We also appreciate the good communication with the host, she tried to help us with everything. We also like self-check-in because you don't have to stress about delayed flights.

It was a bit cold there, especially from the floor, but we arrived at a time when it was extremely cold in Genoa. There was also a bit of a problem with how the beds were prepared. Maybe it's because of different cultural customs. We didn't like how the duvets weren't dressed and the baby cot was in the closet without prepared bed linen. However, the owner was very willing and tried to help us right away 😊 It's more likely a problem with the cleaning company, communication with them and us in terms of language barrier.

Very spacious apartment in the middle of the old town, easily accessible but a little difficult to find if you're not familiar with those narrow streets of Genoa. Huge terrace made up of 3 sections with enough space to cill in the evening, make some sport, eat and just enjoy the evening. Each room with it's own air-conditioning unit is a big plus in the scorching hear of August that is really unbearable for some like us coming from the cold Alps. Some small deficiencies regarding the utilities but those are in the process of being fixed, like the dishwasher. The bathroom drain should be cleaned because it was holding water. I would definitely recommend this apartment for 4 people, large family or 2 couples because of the utilities and the separate bedrooms. Good communication with our host is a plus. We would book the same apartment again on a future visit!
