Very friendly host and family. Comfortable beds and clean facility with a perfect location next to an awesome beach.

Low water pressure, bathroomdoor needs maintenance and no sink in the room.

The location of Bara Village guest house is spectacular. There is a staircase down rugged cliffs to a gorgeous little private beach. We snorkelled right off the beach and although it is not as spectacular as the island across the way, it was still very interesting. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed. Adi is extremely kind and helpful and he organized and accompanied us on two snorkelling expeditions. It was also great to have access to a good kitchen. We prepared our own breakfasts and dinners there and went next door to Seascapes for excellent lunches. This guest house is quite new and it is a work in progress which will continue to get better as the landscaping, paths and patio furniture continue to enhance the beautiful property. The new rental cottage is truly gorgeous!

The room was comfortable, but could use some shelves and more hooks for hanging clothes and toiletries. I would also recommend more seating on the balconies and patio so that it is possible to fully relax and enjoy the ocean views.

The “private” beach worth to try

Adi is a super nice guy and verry helpfull. The Place was clean and so the room. Bed was comfy.

Maybee a littel More pressure for the shower would nice.

- Amazing location, above a beautiful unspoilt beach - Very clean, everything is new and comfortable - Mr. Adil is very helpful and helped us book a transfer to Makassar for a cheap price. He also helped us to get a scooter and do laundry etc. - There's a really nice restaurant next door and also a dive shop nearby so that was perfect for what we wanted

Perfect location, very clean, all needed ammenities, access to the beach, owner is a local person with a huge knowledge, always ready to help and kind, in room both AC and a fan, beautiful view from the window and the balcony, the beach accessed from the stairs is probably best beach in Bira, perfect falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Scooters possible to rent at the guesthouse.

There is nothing not to like. Perfect guesthouse for a very good price.

Really amazing place! We loved staying here.

This place is amazing! We will never forget this place. The view is great and there is a kind of private beach if you walk down the stairs out of the terrace. A kitchen is available if you want to make your own food. Further Addy is a really good host, who will help you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks for the stay! Would love to come back to Bira :D

A bigger blanket for two persons would be nice! (We did not ask, but if you have to mention one tip).
