"Excellent accommodation at a brilliant price."

Excellent accommodation with very friendly hosts. They couldn't do enough for us and the property is well situated and spotless. They helped us the next day when a rail strike took away our travel plans. We would definitely return to their lovely home.

Location excellent for access to Shakespeare North - with which the hosts were connected. Friendly welcome. very satisfactory room (not a b&b)

Breakfast not included in booking, but I knew that. Tom kindly provided a light breakfast of toast, yoghurt, coffee if I wanted it. Hot drinks available in the room which was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Tom and Fay were great hosts and made me feel very welcome. Would definately stay again next time I'm visiting the area.

I do not have any negative comments on the stay.

Hosts were lovely and made me feel welcome. Accommodation very clean, bed comfortable and a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was good with a good selection of cereals, jams, yoghurts and juice. Location was perfect for shops, restaurants and accessing motorway.
