Purtroppo la pulizia interna della casa, soprattutto dei letti non era ottimale

The location was good and there was parking for our vehicle which we appreciated. The keys were left in a key box and were easy to retrieve. The air conditioning worked really well, as did the washing machine and dish washer.

When we tried to find out where to leave the garbage after departure, nobody responded to our messages. Most importantly, we came across an oven tray with old roasted potatoes that had rotted in the oven. The tray and oven were crawling with maggots and stank badly. This was discovered late afternoon and after reporting it to the managing agents, we were told that we had to live with the situation until the next morning at 9am when the cleaning team was sent in to clean. We had to forfeit our home-cooked meal and would have appreciated a meal voucher to make up for the restaurant meal we had to buy (not budgeted for!) There was also a broken shower spout so the second bathroom was useless and all the downstairs guests had to use the third bathroom which was meant to be an en-suite for the guests in that bedroom - what's the point of paying for three bathrooms but only two can be used for showering! The kitchen equipment and work spaces leave much to be desired. And the broken umbrellas and beach chairs on the terrace are not pleasant to look at. The whole house is a little run down and needs some attention.
