Appartement spacieux et très bien aménagé Lucas est sympathique et vraiment très disponible : il nous a attendu pour accéder au parking puis accompagné jusqu’à l appartement Le parking inclus avec l appartement est un vrai plus (parking couvert et sécurisé)

5e étage sans ascenseur mais c etait indiqué dans le descriptif et reprecisé par le propriétaire

L'emplacement, le confort,le calme et...la place de parking. L' accueil sympathique de notre hôte, très disponible.

Very good location and very comfortable! All you need for your stay is available in the apartment.

Luca was very nice and everything went as planned. The appartement is perfectly clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. A very comfortbale king size bed included. The location is super central, couldn't be better to explore the historic center of Genova.

Like clearly marked in the appartments description, there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. Before booking you should consider that, for us it wasn't a problem.

Beautifully modernized apartment in an old building. Communication with host was excellent before, during, and end of stay. Apartment comes with free parking in a special garage away from public parking with clear directions how to access and to obtain the parking access card and keys to apartment. Apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, quiet with a cute little kitchen (with everything one needs), large bedroom and bathroom with a great shower. Large, wall-mounted TV with good channel selection (we used it as some of our stay was very rainy). Location was fantastic with lots of bars, restaurants, grocery just steps away from Palazzo Ducale, San Lorenzo church, Chiesa del Gesù e dei Santi Ambrogio e Andrea, Porta Soprana, and Piazza De Ferrari.

(1) This is not a complaint only a reminder: the apartment is five floors up (ground floor plus four more), has no lift, but that was clearly stated in the description. (No problem as we are used to carrying our luggage up many stairs. I will also add, the host offered to meet us and assist in carrying our bags up, but we declined.) (2) This has nothing to do with the apartment, but if you are driving into Genova, it's like any other old Italian city like Roma, Napoli, and Palermo, for example.... it's not for the faint of heart, but doable as we can attest.
