Double Bed Room L2 Burnley

It suited my needs as a place to lay down my head.

I was satisfied.

Owners were very helpful when I couldn't get into the property, it was dealt very swiftly. Had a good stay, would stay again.

3 hrs after waiting around to check in hotel man akex after numerous texts and calls decided he had double booked and sent me to a different location g1, this was over a Mile from where I booked no Internet at this room. Arrogant staff and I was left stranded and had to pay taxis to a location I did not know I was then accused of leaving clothes in the room 2 days after leaving....basically it was the room I should have had and someone was still in it

I contacted the host at the correct time in Burnley. However the Host did not provide access to the Property. This left me stranded without shelter in an unfamiliar town. Very unpleasant experience. I quoted booking confirmation code and pin but host provided no accomadation or explanation or assistance.

Access to the room I had booked would have been nice.

The mist bed experience

The boiler not working,no shower ,drinking guy,police come at 3.45 night,dump,dart …

Lots of take aways near by, very quite street, warm welcome from guests & very clean.

No local shop for coffee, sugar milk ect.
