Everything about the accommodation was much better than we anticipated! I don’t even know what to begin with. First things first - the host was really communicative and friendly from the very beginning. We have got much free food and drinks at our arrival (much water, wine, fruit and other type of food). We have also got a complete set of cosmetics, bathrobes, hotel flip-flops and 3 towels for each one of us! And that is not all - we were given some discounts on nearby attractions (gyros, boat rent, supermarket etc.) I couldn’t even imagine, that for the price of the accommodation, we could get so many bonuses! When it comes to the house itself, it is really spacious and clean, it feels fresh like a new built place. It has a mesmerizing, huge living room. The house’s kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is big, beautiful with a barbecue place. It has many comfortable tables outside to chill at. The ameneties, that were not mentioned in the Booking, were also a nice surprise. There was a pool table at the terrace, a washing/drying machine and 3 bathrooms in the house. In every room there was air conditioning with its own remote control. At the barbecue place there was an additional fridge and dishes. Also a thorough cleaning was provided during our stay. At the end of the stay we got a nice surprise gift from the host :)). Overall, it is the best place possible in all aspects!

My stay at the Grey Grand Villa Sea View was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The property itself is beautifully designed, spacious, cozy and fully equipped. Location: The house is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the beach and at the same time close by the mountains and lake Kournas too, nearby restaurants but quiet and peaceful at the same time since it is situated in a villa area. It’s ideal for anyone looking to relax but still close to local activities. Area is very safe too. Cleanliness: The place was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was impeccably clean and well-organized. Comfort: The beds were very comfortable, and the living areas were spacious, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Crete. The outdoor terrace area, the pool table and the garden were a lovely bonus. Amenities: The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen supplies to entertainment options. It feels you are at home because, literally there is everything! They also offer free sunbeds and umbrella at the beach. Host: Pavlos was incredibly helpful and responsive. He provided great tips about the local area, provided flyers with discounts from different places and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome goods as we found fruit, food and drinks upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that Pavlos came to say goodbye and gave each family a bag with gifts. Overall, I can’t recommend Grey Grand Villa Sea View enough. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, it's the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and memorable vacation. I would definitely stay here again!
