"AWFUL, DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BROKEN INTO AND NO ONE HELP YOU)"

DO NOT BOOK THIS!! It’s in the worst location and we stayed one night before we left for a different hotel. The area was disgusting, we were told by Ubers to not walk anywhere, not even 2 minutes up the road and to watch all our belongings! She was definitely right because the second night we were there we tried to settle down someone tried to break in, they were hammering the door and trying to guess the door code. We kept super quiet incase they heard it was a lady in the room and they tried even harder. After this we left immediately. The place itself looks nothing like the pictures and the 3rd bedroom is awful. The bed is a single bed with a mattress no bedding, it’s actually more like a hostel. Avoid. Please see attached picture of the bed in room 3! Disgraceful and I will be in contact with booking.com for a refund.

The location was perfect. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. Parking was easy (although it was unclear that technically a parking permit should be purchased). I was surprised at how quiet it was. Everyone we met at the complex was friendly and polite.

The locks didn't work properly. The external lock didn't exactly match the picture provided, and it was extremely finicky. We were initially locked out for 3 hours. Booking.com stayed on the phone with us for over 2 hours until we were able to get an access code that worked - most of the time. (Thank you Booking.com.) Management didn't respond to a Booking.com request for help. We were never able to get the bedroom locks to work. Fortunately they were open when we arrived - we just had to remember not to shut the doors when we weren't in the rooms. The description said each room had a "futon" bed. "Room 2" had a portable bed. There was no extra bed in "Room 1." We managed by using the couch in the main room. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. (Five adults were there for 6 nights.)
