Stylish Loft Unit One Bedroom

Myself and my gf are in our mid-twenties and this is our 3rd stay in Bali. Good location close to the centre of Cangguu. About 15 mins on a bike to get to the centre. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well and the apartment was fitted with other modern accessories like a smart TV, induction stovetop etc. Our host was brilliant (made / madu?) who was very responsive and would sort out any requests promptly. He was very polite and kind. He sorted us a bike for our whole trip and some beautiful last minute flowers for my girlfriend. There was a drinking water machine that lasted for ages and was always cool. Cleaners come every few days as well

The location was surrounded by construction, definitely manageable and not a great view. Not a dealbreaker but could be for some. The drains in the master bathroom could smell quite strongly which came and went. We were there for 3 weeks total and again I'd say this was manageable. Our wonderful host sorted us some defusers. I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the pullout sofa. We slipped off it when casually watching TV and it's not comfy to use as a bed at all when compared to upstairs. There is a small space outside the bathrooms going up both floors which houses what I assume is the water pump / unit of some sort. The rain falls in here and can be quite loud. The pool was smaller than I thought it would be in the photos. Good to call off in but can't really swim in it. Again, not a dealbreaker but something to consider.
