Beautiful house in an amazing location! However... We arrived on Monday afternoon, it was all perfect until Wednesday morning - when someone knocked the door saying they need to clean the windows (entering the garden). I was not impressed, so I messaged the host - after a few AI generated replies, I finally managed to talk to an actual human being, saying they didn't book this, so I thought "ok, mistakes happen, whatever!". At the time, I asked the host to try to empathise with our situation - how would they feel if they were sat in the garden and having some random strangers coming in? They said we are right and they reassured us it will not happen again. Only 4.5 hrs later, while we were enjoying the sunshine in the garden, I somehow heard a weird sound and thought "oh surely I'm paranoid" - I got up to check and there were two strangers opening the garage door. I was terrified and shocked in the same time - luckily they understood my "sign language" and stopped - I went to the front door and explained we are only hosts here and it doesn't feel safe for us, it's actually not normal - they were nice and understood my concerns. But imagine - if you were in my position, not knowing this could happen, purely waking up with some strangers in the garden - how safe would you feel? - apart from everything else, let's not even say how expensive this holiday was! We also brought our dog as it's advertised as "dog friendly" and we paid the extra fees - the entire experience feels like a very bad joke and I feel I was scammed. It's now been almost 24 hrs and I'm still waiting for a reply... Before thinking we're overreacting, please take the time to check our other reviews here but also on google. 🙂

Home from home. We loved the underfloor heating and cosy log burner

The Little Sandy House was beautiful, everything you needed was there. It was immaculate. Location was great, just 7mins walk to the beach.

Sink in bathroom started to leak on the 2nd day. I notified the owners, but they didn’t get back to me. Spent the next few days with a pan under the sink. Customer Service wasn’t too good.

Everything..beds and pillows amazing .outside great for dogs and entertaining..kitchen has everything you need .close to amenities and beach .lounge comfortable……would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone 🥰
