You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 1000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. -Property is under surveillance. -All patrons and number of guests shall be accounted for in the reservation. Additional fess will be accessed if evidence of additional guest on property ground are found. -Large groups are allowed on a case by case basis. You must message of your intentions and numbers of expected guests. -Respect our home with utmost care as your own. -Reservations of 1 night get one set of linen & bath towels. -Bath towels from bed rooms are for personal consumption and bodily cleaning. Do not use towels for other/cleaning purposes. -If you move any furniture, please return it to original location. Check-out instruction -If possible, please place used towels near door of bedrooms. -If possible, please place dirty dishes in sink. -Please turn off all lights and a/c or heat. -Please ensure all door and windows are closed and locked. A deposit may be required at the property.
