Staff is nice. But requires more training
Needs different staff for cleaning and to do your bedsheets. They must need training not touch your belongings without washing hands. Serious hygiene risk. Bed mattress need better quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Downtown, Paschim Vihar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming.
