Hotel Down Town - Paschim Vihar

Nothing was good about the hotel room.

In Delhi's winters, they did not have hot water available in the morning, which was when any guest would take a shower as the first thing to do. Also, the room size was smaller than the size mentioned in the booked room in the booking.

Highly disappointed. Bedsheets and towels were not clean and with holes in them. Breakfast that was included in the price of the room I purchased, was delivered after asking 4 times and after waiting for 45 mins. Staff from the kitchen was rude. Very noisy

Dinner was also excellent. Enjoyed walking in the terrace, 5th floor, Lift goes even upto 5th floor, the terrace.

Ours was Dinner and Breakfast INCLUDED, served in our ROOM only. No space for restaurant... I expected morning breakfast a buffet wherein, we can eat to our choice folloed by juice too.

Location

The room was full of mosquitoes. Before even the keys were handed over, I was asked to pay the full fare of my stay because apparently that’s their policy. The breakfast tea served was cold. The hotel was understaffed and not aware of their facilities like complementary breakfast/ hot water etc. I asked for milk powder to make my morning tea but was instead asked to buy tea from the hotel. The staff in the kitchen was rude.
