Tener que ir ha otra dirección a recoger la llaves a la entrada tanto como la salida, me gustaría que tuviera otra opción de llaves para mayor comunidad fuera de eso muy buena atención

Need to carry luggage upstairs on a very narrow staircase

The stairs to access our room were extremely steep and narrow. The sheets and towels were very thin and cheap. The tv worked intermittently and the safe did not work. We paid for two nights, but left after the first night.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was spacious. The staff was helpful with our check-in

The establishment reported having an apartment but the reality it was a small room located at the top of a dangerous and steep 3 flight stairwell. The room electrical socket located near the nightstand is detached from the wall and unsafe. The door to the patio was blocked open with a fallen electrical wire hanging down from the top into the door frame. The room door key lock was jammed shut with the key inside- requiring repair. We were sent an approval confirmation for late check-out and denied on the the day of the check-out.

Price and location are good. They provide us with recommendations in Guanajuato.

Bed is too soft for me. Wait for a bit for checkin.
