The lagoons are really nice to swim in and the spa was amazing.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

a wonderfull hotel, staff excellent, eager to please. Amazing facilities, a wonderfull family resort where you can really enjoy your free time. Attentive staff, numerous activities to choose from, and excellent food for lunch and dinner.

The nasty, really unpleasant surprise, are breakfasts. There is a huge amount of Asian cooked food for breakfast, with rice, sauces, cooked meats, etc, but no buffet, no cuts, i.e. ham, cheese, meats, etc, no spreads of any kind, so as a westerner, you have a choice between corn flakes, omelette or plain croissants... i certainly wouldn’t plan on visiting them again Wifi is also not really good, needs improvement.

Staff were very flexible e.g. arranging tour for us even when request was very last minute and bringing sheets etc There were children's menus which were good and they also adjusted meals to reflect requests. Great swimming area and also sea had fish etc Learn to dive location couldn't be closer and Freddie was superb instructor. Our youngest enjoyed the kids craft activities.
