Kefaloviso Luxury Apartment 2

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!!!

The apartment was as good or better in person as it was in the photos. Super clean, recently renovated, lots of space for clothes and the drawers were scented. We visited the weekend after Christmas, which is probably not high-season for a seaside town. The apartment is located about 1 km from the center of Nafpaktos, so we were able to park the car and not move it unless we visited some other nearby village. The apartment is on a road with fairly high-speed traffic, so it can get noisy at times. Thankfully the windows were new with thick glass so no road noise could be heard when closed. We were given an access code for the front door and another one for the apartment (apt. number 2). There's no elevator, just a short flight of stairs. Inside was a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a bedroom and a rather spacious bathroom. Everything seemed new. There was also a small veranda with a table and chairs to which the apartment had exclusive access. The apartment was heated by a couple of AC units - not as great as gas or heat pump heating for example, but definitely a non-issue for people visiting during the summer months.

My only disagreement was with the bed mattress - it was rather hard for my liking. I even brought this up with the owners which they were sorry to hear, as they seemed to have picked a rather expensive one.

Appartamento molto bello, arredato bene e fornito di tutti i comfort. Molto bello il bagno e la doccia. Ampio spazio all'aperto.

Avere una sola chiave è molto scomodo. Viene infatti dato un codice valido una sola volta per accedere all'appartamento, dove si trova la chiave. Ma poi in ogni occasione in cui anche solo una persona debba scendere (anche solo per caricare/scaricare la macchina) bisogna portarsi la chiave (lasciando l'appartemento senza elettricità) visto il portone si chiude da solo. Usare luci più calde migliorerebbe l'appartamento. La posizione è comoda al centro e alla spiaggia, ma è su una strada molto trafficata e non sempre facile da attraversare.
