The bathroom was very spacious and tidy. The bed was nicely made and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was very nicely kept.

There was a bump in the center of the bed. Certain movement shook the bed and the room. The bathroom light switch was confusing at first since it was outside the bathroom. The TV in our room had no remote and there was a cockroach in our bathroom.

Bathroom window allows others to look right in your room. Too close to street sounds of traffic.

We were shocked the mattresses were comfortable because everything else was a mess. The guy who checked us in was kind and respectful.

-broken fridge was moldy=our food went bad -not enough towels -shower water went cold after 3 min for one person, scalded another person when our neighbor flushed -only sheets on the bed, no blanket (we slept in our jackets bc it was so cold) -dirty floors/walls/sink/toilet area -had been painted an hour prior and wasn't aired out=felt nauseous from fumes -cracked window with paper taped over hole -curtains push pinned to the wall bc they didn't cover the light -subpar soap and shampoo packets, couldn't get clean -graffiti inside the closet -melted/busted up doorframes; looked like there had been a fire inside the room and it had been painted over
