"Checkin experience could have been better, overall value for money"

Breakfast spread was good, I think they are understaff probably I stayed during weekend so heavy rush may be the reason.

During checkin welcome drink was not available when enquired they said they will refill. But dont think so that happened. Breakfast ie Idli and Pongal can be better it was probably undercooked. At 2nd floor swimming pool my kids requested the staff to assist for elevator to access to my floor but denied them post swimming.. They instead asked them to go to reception, probably staff can be courteous here for inhouse guest who are in swim suite
