The Seafront Holidays apartment is situated at the sea side of Molfetta, small town close to Bari. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We apreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. My wife liked a lot the small sand beach besides the Duomo of Molfetta. Typically the beaches in this region are rocky or pebble stone.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and highly practical. Its prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, was incredibly convenient. The availability of parking spots was a definite plus. The hospitality of the owners truly added a warm and personal touch to our visit.

The only little drawback was the size of the apartment, which felt a bit cramped for a family of four. However, the very practical furniture made it still very comfortable and I'd definitely stay there again. Ideal apartment for couples.

The hosts were fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. Well remodeled. Good location about a 10-15 min walk into the main old town city center.

Parking is available and free along the streets around the building. However, if you return later in the evening, you may not find parking nearby. Neighborhood people gather for the popup restaurant across the street. So it can get pretty busy especially over the weekend. Eventually people leave and parking around the building should be available.

A cozy little apartment right by the sea! If you get the room with the ocean view (which I had), you will be woken up by the sun shining on the waves. The decor is very charming and the apartment includes more than the necessary essentials! From the matching plates to the cookware and the bottle of wine the owners left as a gift for me - I was absolutely happy! Definitely exceeded my expectations. I also have to mention the fantastic air conditioning because that saved my life during the crazy hot summer days. The closest little beach is across the street and the city center is a short walk away. It's easy to do daytrips around Puglia when you are based in Molfetta. The owner checked up on me during my stay and I could tell he really cares about his guests. He was always available by whatsapp and reacted super fast even when my arrival time changed due to train delays. Absolutely would recommend this place for solo travelers, couples or groups of friends. I could imagine staying here long term for remote work as well.

Not a negative regarding the apartment, but the walk to the train station is about 20 minutes and uphill. No problem for those who have cars!

Very nicely refurbished apartment with a convenient walk from Molfetta's old town. Free&easy parking next to the building. Vicenzo, the owner is a very friendly and attentive host. We even got a fresh, homemade cake from his wife on the day of arrival:-). Highly recommended accomodation.

A little noisy as in the evening there is a caravan in front with burgers, but they are very tasty, so you will forget about the noise
